Terms of Service [Online Purchase]

Delivery will be made within 5 business days after payment is confirmed.
In the event of any out-of-stock, we have the right to cancel the transaction and refund the full payment amount to the buyer.
All items are checked and tested to ensure their good condition before delivered.
Items sold are strictly not replaceable/exchangeable UNLESS they are damaged or defected (defined as manufacturing defect, large area of dirt) and differed from the order.
Please notify us for any unfavorable circumstances no later than 14 days once the items are delivered.
Overdue complaints or returns will not be entertained.
Items can only be replaced/exchanged to our outlet address after obtaining our authorization via email or phone.
Items can only be replaced/exchanged if they are in the same condition as when delivered.
Delivery charges are bear by the buyer on any replaced/exchanged items.
Items can be replaced/exchanged with other items of the same or lower value.
Any replaced/exchanged items can be delivered together with the next purchase (if any) with no addition delivery charges.
Warranty does not cover any damages caused from improper installation / handling by the third party.
The current online service is only available for Malaysia nationwide delivery.
